Cancellation Policy
Holiday Club & Holiday One-Off Sessions
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: No refunds or credits will be issued.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: A credit will be applied to your Liberty account for future use.
Pay-As-You-Go Sessions
- Once a session is booked, no refund or credit will be issued, regardless of notice.
Pre-School & School-Aged Classes (Term Bookings)
- Once payment has been received for the term, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds or credits will be issued.
