• Holiday Club & Holiday One-Off Sessions
   
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: No refunds or credits will be issued.
     
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: A credit will be applied to your Liberty account for future use.
     
• Pre-School & School-Aged Classes (Term Bookings)
   
  • Once payment has been received for the term, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds or credits will be issued.
