At Liberty Gymnastics, our recreational classes bring the energy and excitement of gymnastics to life — covering Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault every week!

Your child will build balance, coordination, and strength while having an absolute blast in our fun-filled, instructor-led sessions. Each class kicks off with a lively warm-up game and stretch, followed by focused training on two exciting apparatus, keeping things fresh and fun.

We wrap things up with a dynamic group cool-down, where gymnasts practice essential skills and fundamentals. But the real thrill? Once a term, your little gymnast gets to show off their amazing progress and earn levels in our Liberty Gymnastics Award Scheme! With 7 levels per apparatus, there’s always a new challenge to conquer — and we’ll always give you a heads-up when it’s showcase time!

🌟 Don’t forget: All gymnasts must have British Gymnastics Membership to join in the fun. Simply visit British Gymnastics Membership and select the Community option. You’ll need your membership number when booking.
